By accessing or using Lockr 365 ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Service. You represent that you meet these requirements.
Lockr 365 is a savings commitment application that helps you set aside a minimum of $50 per month for 365 days. Funds are held in a locked savings plan with a 3% bonus upon successful completion. Early withdrawal may incur penalties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
By creating a savings plan, you commit to making monthly deposits on your chosen payment day. Failure to make payments may result in plan suspension, penalties, or termination as described in-app.
Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. Applicable fees, including early withdrawal penalties ($25), will be disclosed before you confirm. You authorize us to debit your linked payment method in accordance with your plan.
To fund your savings plan, you may link your bank account through Plaid, a trusted financial data provider. By linking, you agree to Plaid's terms and authorize us to access account information necessary for transfers.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to circumvent plan terms, or to defraud. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee investment returns or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lockr 365 and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your plan and account at any time through the app settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
